1nCall is a multi-channel customer-communication platform. Build automations visually, send across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Voice, and operate the whole thing from a single dashboard.

Who 1nCall is for

1nCall is built for operations and growth teams who need to reach customers reliably across channels — appointment reminders, payment nudges, onboarding sequences, satisfaction surveys, broadcast announcements. If your work involves "we need to send X to a list of customers and react to their replies," 1nCall removes the wiring.

How it works in 60 seconds

  • Workspaces hold your contacts, templates, and automations. Each workspace is isolated.
  • Automation Studio is a visual canvas — drag triggers, send-message nodes, waits, conditions, and END nodes.
  • Templates are reusable messages per channel. Variables like {{firstName}} substitute at send time.
  • Channels route messages through your connected providers — WhatsApp Cloud, SMTP, Twilio, etc.
  • Delivery Ops shows what landed, what's retrying, and what dead-lettered.
  • Plans gate channels, volume, teammates, and advanced features like audit logs and fallback routing.
