Where to find them
Billing in the sidebar lists every PAID transaction with order ID, amount, method, and paid-at timestamp. Each row in PAID status counts as a receipt.
Email delivery
We send a PDF receipt to the workspace owner within minutes of Midtrans confirming settlement. Forward it to your finance team or set up a forwarding rule in your inbox.
VAT / tax handling
Prices on /pricing include 11% PPN (Indonesian VAT). The PDF receipt shows the line-item breakdown. Outside Indonesia, prices are quoted exclusive of local taxes — your local rules apply.
Re-issuing
Need a corrected name, NPWP, or address on a past receipt? Email [email protected] with the order ID and the change. We re-issue same-business-day.
