What you can change
- Primary colour — drives the topbar accent, sidebar active-state, and CTA buttons.
- Workspace logo — replaces the 1nCall mark in the sidebar header and mobile topbar.
- Workspace name — shown across receipts, audit log, and the topbar.
Where to change it
Settings → Workspace profile. OWNER + ADMIN roles can save. Changes apply within ~2 seconds for everyone signed in to the workspace.
What we don't change
The 1nCall mark on email "sent via" footers, system invoices, and audit trails stays intact — those are platform receipts, not customer-facing creative.
